Teräselementti’s work involved the production and installation of the track’s supporting columns as well as the installation of the track components delivered by the equipment supplier. The column structures were connected to the track components with flange joints. There were high demands on the accuracy of measurements, because it was not possible to test-assemble the components of different plants in association with the production process. The conditions for installing the structure at Särkänniemi Amusement Park were challenging. All in all, there were no problems with compatibility, which can be considered evidence of Teräselementti’s high quality.
